• Complete the purchase on the website to receive an Order ID.

• Our Artist will promptly begin working on your design. You will have the opportunity for three complimentary reviews to make any desired changes to the design. Please note that any additional reviews beyond the initial three will be subject to a charge of 50 rs per review.

• Once you are satisfied with the design, the final product will  delivered to you. If you are ordering a pysical product, a digital file will be provided as a complimentary addition and sent to your email ID.

• Our standard delivery time for digital products is estimated to be within 3-5 days from the date of purchase.For physical products, our standard delivery time is approximately 10-15 days from the date of purchase.
• The delivery time of your order may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions and transportation delays. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time frame.

Please note that the color of the actual product may slightly vary from the product photo displayed on our website due to screen resolutions, lighting conditions, or natural material variations.
